Being productive for a whole 30 days sounds like a challenge in itself, but by doing it step by step you will be able to achieve a slightly healthier and more productive lifestyle. 30 days of productive tasks, check each day off the list as you go.

It doesn't have to be the cutest and girliest of journals- even just start on pieces of blank paper until you decide to invest in one. Journal every day for the next 30 days, morning or night and write a quick sentence on how your day went and what you spent it doing. Go into as much detail as you like, it can include things such as daily spending's, affirmations, reminders, a good thing about the day and a bad thing about the day, let your mind run free.

Day 4- Organize A Cluttered Space
Organize a space in your room or house that is cluttered or that you have been meaning to clear out for a long time but just haven't got round to. A great place to start if you can't think of anywhere is your old receipts or letters that have been lying around.
Day 5- Do a 30 Min Workout/ Go To The Gym
Make yourself get up and do a workout, either at home or at the gym if you have a membership. This will make you feel super energized and productive. Follow some accounts that do the opposite, some self love accounts and some inspirational pages, this will change your attitude every time you open Instagram without even realizing.
Day 30- Reflect On Your Last 30 Days
Look through your journal and reflect on the last 30 days. Try to implement some of these daily tasks into your everyday life, pick which ones matter to you the most. These are good habits to have and do daily and not just over the 30 day period! This is somewhere to start, now you begin your own productivity journey your own way with your own rules!
