When it comes to my hair and taking good care of it, I have tried and tested a good portion of what is on the market, so much so that I have three drawers full of hair care products. I know what works for my hair type, and this I will be sharing with you in this blog post, so if you are interested in investing in your hair care routine then keep reading!
Color Wow Dreamcoat Super Natural Spray
Starting strong with the Colour Wow Dreamcoat Super Natural Spray. This stuff I have just recently discovered from TikTok and I have fallen in love with it. Although this is more on the higher-end price point, it is definitely worth the money. I bought the small travel-size bottle to start with as I didn't want to invest so much in something that didn't work for me, and I have almost finished the travel size already. This is a spray that you can spray in your hair after it has been washed, which is activated by heat when you dry your hair. This stuff leaves your hair so silky smooth and lasts for a good few days, not to mention also leaves your hair waterproof!!! You do need to use a good bit of product each time, but I would say this is still worth it as my hair was still silky and smooth after 4 days. You can get this on several different websites such as Colour Wow's website, but I recommend using Look Fantastic as they always have discounts and deals.

Color Wow Raise The Root Spray
Sticking with the Color Wow theme, this root spray is the best thing ever in terms of getting big volumized hair, which is something I have always struggled with. I have tried so many different volumizing powders and sprays and nothing has worked for me to give me volume as my hair is super flat. I do like the Shwarzkopt Got2Be root powder, but hate the texture it leaves on my hair, forcing me to wash it the day after. This is what I love about this root spray, I usually use it after curling my hair and just flip it upside down and spray this in my roots, it gives me instant volume which lasts all day- it's an absolute game changer. The bottle is quite small, but you only need the smallest amount of product so this will last me a lifetime. This is now essential in my hair routine after curling or waving my hair.

Olaplex No.4P Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo
As expected, of course, the much raved about Olaplex is on my list, this stuff has been mentioned all over the internet, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram- everyone is using it. For my birthday, I was given this No.4P Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo and I love it. My hair can get very dull and yellow-toned after a few washes or even after being in the sun/ in chlorine. When I use this shampoo, my hair instantly transforms into a friendly icy blonde tone, canceling out any horrible yellow. I have used so many purple shampoos and found that many of them leave my hair with a purple tinge to it, this shampoo doesn't do that at all, and you only need the smallest amount so the bottle lasts so long, I have had mine for about 2 months now and I am not even halfway through. I recommend this to any of my fellow blondies.

Olaplex No.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask
Another Olaplex product I absolutely can't live without is the Olaplex No.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask. I also got this as a gift for my birthday and still haven't gone through even half of it 2 months later, so it does last a long time. I use this when my hair is feeling in need of some TLC, or after I have had it curled/ waved and feel it is a bit damaged. This mask I put in my hair whilst I'm shaving my legs etc, then wash it out after having it in for about 5/10 minutes. You can leave this mask in overnight which I am still to try but can imagine how amazing your hair would feel in the morning after that. I love this so much and highly recommend it to anyone who has damaged or dull hair in need of some shine.

Schwarzkopf Glass Liquid Silk Express Leave-in Conditioner
Now, this is one of my long-time favorite hair care products, which I have used for absolutely years- all the way back to high school. I know most of you would have probably seen this on the shelves for years in stores and never batted an eyelid, but trust me on this one this product is not to be slept on. I use this after I have washeád my hair and give it a good spray throughout, this leave-in conditioner leaves my hair feeling super silky and not to mention smelling amazing- it takes all the frizz from hair drying out of it too. A bottle of this lasts for so long- and I have gone through bottles and bottles of this throughout the years. This is a definite essential! You can order this on many places online, however, if you live nearby a Home Bargains or B&M, get it here as it is priced between only £2-£3, making it the cheapest on my list.

Coco & Eve Like A Virgin Super Nourishing Coconut & Fig Hair Masque
This hair mask I love also and have gone through two tubs of it. It leaves your hair feeling so soft and smooth for days, not to mention smelling unreal. Although it is more of a pricier hair mask, I would 100% say it is worth the money as it lasts so long and leaves your hair feeling like no other- this is something to add to your Christmas list! Coco and eve always have deals on also, with lots of gift sets available for birthdays and Christmas. I generally only use this hair mask every other week, as it genuinely does last so long.

Wella Shockwaves Ultra Strong Heat Defence Volumising Hair Mousse
This product is less of a hair care essential, and more of a styling essential. I have recently been loving the slick back 'clean girl' aesthetic hairstyles but had always struggled with getting my hair to stay so slicked back without using a heap load of hairspray and gel, which I know isn't the best for freshly washed hair. This is what I have been using this Wella hair mousse for. After putting my hair in a slick back pony, I spray this mousse all over the top of my head, and use a brush to brush it all in leaving my hair looking super slick with no fly-away hairs left behind! There are several different kinds of this mousse, I find any works as this is all I use it for. This mousse is super cheap and can be found in almost any high street beauty store or supermarket, so it is super easy to come across- pick this up at your next supermarket shop.

Beauty Works Ten In One Miracle Spray
Similar to the Schwarzkopf leave-in conditioner spray, only at a higher price point, this miracle spray does work miracles on my hair. I love using this product if my hair needs just that extra bit of TLC than usual. I have had a bottle of this for months, and still have plenty of products left. This is advertised as a multi-tasking hair treatment that works to nourish, repair, and protect your locks during heat styling. Fortified with argan and macadamia, the innovative formula from Beauty Works replenishes lost oils in the hair and helps eliminate frizz, restore mirror-like shine and prevent split ends. The smell of this product is unreal also and the scent lasts for days on your hair. One thing I must say, however, is that the bottle is quite temperamental and does seem to break a lot (the pump). I have seen lots of people saying this on TikTok, as well as my bottle doing so. If you send Beauty Works a direct email if this happens, they do replace it which is great customer service.
